QIC partnered people up and groups counted off by 5

The THANG:
Explanation…5 stations(all in upper parking lot)…while 1 partner was performing the exercise at their assigned station the other partner ran from upper parking lot at ASEC down sidewalk to entrance of ASEC back up to station and swap places with partner. Once each partner had completed their exercise/run at station plank up and wait for all PAX to complete run/exercise at their respective station. Once all PAX completed rotate to next station…continue this rotation until Q calls for mary
STATION 1: pull-ups
STATION 2: hand release merkins (just for EL AB who no showed)
STATION 3: rock curls
STATION 4: cinder block skull crushers
STATION 5: Freddy merks
(each exercise was meant to be as many as you can rep while partner completes run)

MARY:
In upper parking lot due to Voting Station at ASEC
– 1 minute elbow plank…heard some complaints from Grover that we had done a lot of planking already
– J-Lows, lost count, think we did about 7 on each side but QIC saw a few pax slacking majorly on these and Catfish was talking…imagine that…
– Homer to marge…with some hello dollies and low flutters mixed in…QIC continues to forget if Homer or Marge is up or down
– Cobra to Downward Dog

Moleskin:
18 pax showed up on a nice crisp fall morning for an Election Day Special beat down…hopefully QIC accomplished this. Upon reading my explanation of the THANG it looks like it was difficult to explain in writing but it actually seemed to flow pretty well. I think most groups repeated at least a couple of stations twice. Ma Bell got upset with QIC b/c he was told at church sunday their would not be much running but was built in by QIC as a recovery….we also had a CALL-OUT from Skinner to Mighty Mouse for a no show today after telling Skinner yesterday, and QIC at church sunday, he would be there today!!

Announcements:
Congrats to Skinner’s daughter who was just accepted to medical school so just a few more years and Skinner can retire in style and his daughter can take care of him. Continued prayers for our Country on this day and just remember that GOD has the plan in place regardless of who wins this election…be it a criminal or a reality tv show personality/loud mouth…GOD is in control so have Peace in knowing that.
Let’s show up big for Frostbite at ASEC Thursday to honor the Marine Corps birthday and complete their PFT. It’s only 3 parts so I’m sure it can’t be that hard…..
