11 Pax gathered on atypically cool morning (I forgot what 60’s feel like).

Warmorama:
– Mosey to the nuclear reactor via hill 216 sidewinders
– Up and down the stairs at the nuclear reactor
– Circle up for:
– SSH x 20
– Mtn climbers x 20
– IST x 20
– Merkins x 20

The thang:
– Mosey to the parking deck
– Divide into 2 teams at the top of the deck, line up
– Race to the middle of the deck. first team to finish – 20 LBCs, second team – 10 in/outs (a combo of rick hopper, stump jumper and burpee)

Repeato with the race full length of the deck, irst team to finish – 20 LBCs, second team – 5 in/outs

– Mosey downstairs
– Partner up
– Partner 1 begins quadromania up teh deck, partner 2 does 4 in/outs and then sprints to catch up with partner 1 and so on
– At the top of the deck – 4 cliffhanger merks and 4 npatty cake merks

Mary:
– KGBs x 20
– LBC x 20

Moleskin:
1. Lots of good effort on the sprints, El Ab and PT were flying
2. Not a ton of chatter, I think everyone got their sweat on
3. Good times at coffeteria, entertaining stories of Arepo getting a car, which was stolen from his dealership, back – vigilante style
