With so much “death” in the F3 Metro news lately (Muthaship Monday, HHMHD, SharkTank EC, and apparently, with them, much of our manhood #RIP), isn’t it time we celebrated this precious thing we call life!?!  (…channeling best Fishwrap/Robin Williams in Dead Poets Society here…)

As a nod to @Gandalf and his Cavs champs (sorry, Steph), we’re going to run a “victory parade” up and down Elizabeth Ave. tomorrow at Young Guns: Small Batch.

The Thang:

Partner up (size and speed matter, of course)

Run to the base of the Lizzy Lurker, 10 hand-release burpees each

Partner carry to the first crosswalk, 10 hand-release burpees each

Backwards run to the next crosswalk, 10 hand-release burpees each

Partner carry to the next crosswalk, 10 hand-release burpees each

Backwards run to the next crosswalk/Charlottetowne, 10 hand-release burpees each

Run to top of Elizabeth Ave./Novant entrance, 10 hand-release burpees each

Run back down to the base of the Lizzy Lurker

…Repeato with 15 partner-assisted derkins each

…Repeato with 20 sumo jump squats each

…Repeato with 25 LBCs (no crotch staring required  #bonus) each

Run back to the base of the Lizzy Lurker for 10 hand-release burpees, 15 partner-assisted derkins, 20 sumo jump squats, 25 LBCs

If there’s time, run to top of Elizabeth Ave./Novant’s entrance for 10 hand-release burpees, 15 partner-assisted derkins, 20 sumo jump squats, 25 LBCs and head back to base camp … or just jail break back to parking lot by 0615.

We launch at 0530 from Elizabeth Traditional Elementary School parking lot.  Hope to see you there.
