11 pax began the one-hour jaunt at the newly-designated Saturday time
0600 due to the heat and humidity.  At 0600 it actually wasn’t bad at
all, but by 0630-45 definitely heat and humidity rudely awakened us.

Mosey to Epworth United Methodist Church for Warm-o-Rama:

*downward merk dogs (15 slow singles)
*freddie merks (15 slow IC)
*lower-back stretches on ground (scorpions)
*soldier kicks

Mosey to Beverly Hills Elementary School’s playground where that
Thang was had:

*windmill merks
*V-ups
*burpees
*planks (elbows-to-palms)
*jog playground loop/track

RINSE AND REPEATO– began with 15 singles on each of four plyo
exercises and decrease by two reps after each jog around track (eg 15
windmill merks, 15 V-ups, 15 burpees, 15 planks, jog loop, 13 windmill
merks, …) until 0645 called by a pax member with watch (not QIC).

Jogged from school’s playground up big hill and right on Arbor, right
on Concord Lake until back at ASEC. Mary consisted simply of
alternating supermans and reaching for sky and touching toe
stretching. Distance traveled from AO and back was 2.7 miles, not
including laps around playground as part of that Thang.

Misc Notes:
-BD observed a creepy, bald dude (CREEPER) in medical doctor’s garb driving a
really nice Tundra following pax– guess who?
-BD called out Rick again for combing hair with a brick
-Funk looks good with shirt off (I admit to gawking)
-Rick told BD to shave lower-back when BD took shirt off (???Why was he looking???)
-Doo Doo is almost at one-year since posting, but has attended many a
“meeting”in Holy City (aka Charleston, SC)– damn, Hillbilly was good:

-PT and Grover didn’t post due to too much chronic enhaled at the
Grateful Dead-John Mayer show the night before– their respective
clocks got stuck on 4:20
-Frostbite and TD set the pace again per usual (Exit left us for Hburg
pax and Grover is awol)

2 Last Things:
-If you really wanna run, post Monday AM 0530 ASEC for a long, hilly
run laid out by father INDY– great BRR training.
