The thang:

Partner up with someone of similar size/weight.

-1 lap around the track doing firemen carries

Mini-Murph ladder:

-2 pull-ups, 4 push-ups, 6 sit-ups

-3, 6, 9…. You get the idea.

-7, 14, 21. Back down the ladder

Mary:

-Planks, supermans, some light broga to finish off

Moleskin:

Somehow I got paired with tick, who is 40 pounds my superior, for the fireman carries. Mountie and KGB had no issues here as they flew past everyone.

The combo of Fire Chicken and Trick Daddy made it back down to 4 on the mini-murph ladder. Great job.

Prayers requests/praises: Indy’s dad is recovering from surgery. Smith and Wesson is having his first grandchild soon. My sister in law is finally having a girl after three boys.
