6 PAX, very strong PAX, of little fear with eager hearts ready to lay down their lives posted on a cool WEDS AM.  Backdraft fartsacked because he said he was too old to do CASUP more than once a week.

BEGIN by each PAX grabbing 2 brick pavers (3.5lbs apiece) ONE IN EACH HAND to become one with for 45 minutes.

Mosey to the end of the drive on FRANKLIN SIDE AND COP

Warm up IC

SSH with Bricks x 20

ISTs with Bricks over Head x 20

AS with bricks overhead x 10

Mosey to First Prez circular drive on UNION N

SSH with Bricks x 15

ISTs with Bricks over Head x 15

AS with bricks overhead x 10

Mosey with bricks to Carolina Courts (Bricks are beginning to get real real heavy like “he man how comes my bricks be feeling more acceleration due to gravity”) Ain’t right says PTO and Im feeling the pain of too much English Premiere League.

The Thang

Reverse Ladder (means that instead of running up stairs and down the hill we ran up the driveway hill at CC and down the stairs) Whoa nelly!!! When PAX arrive at CC they is big group of people walking up and down and not talking with drill sargeant at bottom. So at first we have to just run up and down the hill from top to bottom.  PAX quickly adapts to “fog of war” and keeps killin.

At Bottom
10 Core Killers single count with bricks (that is elbow to right knee, elbow to left knee, followed by a V Up and THAT IS ONE and the bricks in each hand make it extra special like with gravy sauce)

Run up driveway hill to top with yo bricks

20 Windmill Merkins with Bricks (merkin then swing that brick high into the air but gravity don;t want you too)

Run back down to bottom with bricks

Decrease REPS by 1 for Core Killers and 2 for windmill merkins

Rinse and Repeat until time called at 0606am

Mosey back to AO with bricks that now feel like tanks

PTO was hurting today as were all.  He vows that if Leicester City can win the EPL then he can come back, get cut like Capt America, and win the EPL playing as oldest EPL captain ever.  They WERE ONLY 5000 to 1 odds to win.  After a mere 120 something years they decided they liked soccer, understood that you need a keeper to win, and boom, there ya go. KGB and Frostbite (who did wear a jacket to start in the deep freeze of NC) killed it this AM getting through 6 cycles for 90 WINDMILL MERKs and 45 CORE KILLERS.  The bricks looked small and light at the start but they swole and grew and grew and grew finishing as little mountains.  Great to see PTO. He will return when Leicester City repeats he said in May of 2145. 🙂 Prayers were said for all.  Stay well, stay strong, be the one that makes the world better a little drop at a time.
