– Mosey over to the back of First Pres

– Circle up:
– SSH x 20
– Merkins x 10
– Hillbillies x 20
– Mtn climbers x 20

– Gather up near the porter co behind First Pres for a friendly race
– divide into 2 teams, quick relay race up the ramp, bear crawl down, then sprint back
Winning team – 10 LBCs, Losing team – 10 burps

Repeato (to much protest from Indy)

– Mosey to the bum wash (affectionately named by Skinner)
– Merkins around the clock
– 12 merkins – hold for 12 seconds, 11 merkins – hold for 11 seconds, you get the idea, down to 1

Mosey to Mugga (as promised)
– At the bottom of the Hill stop for some core
– WWII x 10
– V ups x 10
– LBCs x 10
– Freddie Mercs x 10

Mary:
– KGB twists x 20
– Low Flutter x 15

Moleskin:
1. Races at First Pres were brutal, BCR can really hustle, his speed of burpees never seizes to amaze me (please note, no form was sacrificed)
2. Around the clock merkins were not for the faint of heart, Q picked up this exercise while visiting Charleston F3, thanks for nothing Charletson pax
3. It’s starting to get lighter earlier, pax was greeted by a sliver of a sunrise going up the hill leaving Mugga
4. I hear PTO is back in active status, but yet to witness myself
5. There is a band party taking place at Hotel Concord Saturday ~8 pm, come out for some F2
6. Our social chair El Ab (Better call Saul) will be putting together F2 event at the Intimidators game, stay tuned
