Allegedly, MECA, Area 51, and The Fort will be bringing clowns in to join Metro for tomorrow’s Muthaship Monday. Here’s what you can expect:

Partner up – size/speed matter

Run to the Ship and take the dizzy to the top. When you get there:

-5 burpees, 10 dumbocrats (no flapjacking on 1st trip up), 50 Freddy Mercuries (Left/Right = 1)

Head down the Ship and over to the stairwell. Partner carry to the top, switching as needed.

-5 burpees, 10 dumbocrats (other guy), 50 Freddy Mercuries (Left/Right = 1)

Head back down the stairs. That’s 1 round. Repeat ad nauseum or until it’s time to go home.
