WARM-UP:

MOSEY to NEMC Steamstation:

• windmills
• plank
• soldier kicks
• merk dogs (x15 singles)
• cobra, downward facing dogs and other lower-back stretch\freddie merks (x20 cadence slow)

MOSEY to Epworth UMC:

• 5 burpees (with 2 merks)
• 10 single V-ups or WW2s
• 20 total lunges in place (alternate legs)

MOSEY to Beverly Hills Park:

• 5 burpees (with 2 merks)
• 10 single V-ups or WW2s
• 20 air squats in cadence

MOSEY to Beverly Hills School, including wrap-around of premises:

• 5 burpees (with 2 merks)
• 10 single V-ups or WW2s
• 20 total lunges (alternate legs)

MOSEY to Bank at corner of Church and Lake Concord:

• 5 burpees (with 2 merks)
• 10 single V-ups or WW2s

MOSEY to MARY.

MISC:

• cool temperature felt great and we avoided the wet stuff
• PT had to head-in a bit early due to daughter’s soccer game
• FNG Rick attempted to post for second time, but unfortunately arrived
  at 0750 rather than 0650 so no anointed F3 name yet. Although he
  didn’t get to run with us, he appeared dapper in sweatsuit and “looks”
  fit at least (definitely a member of All-Airport team)
• we saw Skinner at SB— he didn’t post, but did run 30 miles with
  some other dudes who actually call one another by their real names
• I’m told we logged approx 4.2 miles— not bad considering one in the
  PAX was cramping up.
• please keep Dr. Doo Doo and Indiana in our (envious) thoughts as they
  both have separate one week long sojourns to warm and sunny
  destinations in posh lodgings for rest and relax
