Beautiful morning for exercising with a great bunch of dudes.
Before each activity, the Pax was given a vote and, depending on what received the most votes, performed a pain station that the Q had devised based on the chosen selection.
Pax chose to go to the Belk parking lot via the safe way rather than the “Curve of Death.”  Smart group.  Makes me hope they all REALLY voted today in the election that matters.

WARMUP: 

Krispy Kreme v Dunkin Doughnuts.  This southern Pax chose KK in a landslide.

• Brazilians x 15

THE THANG:

Sock, sock, shoe, shoe v sock, shoe, sock, shoe.  Evidently more people like swapping legs back and forth as the sock, sock, shoe, shoe method is most used.

Route 66 with merkins:

• 1 merkin at first light pole
• 2 merkins at second light pole…up to 11 merkins at eleventh light pole for a total of 66 merkins.

Carolina v The Field.  ABCers unite! – The Field won.  I love you guys.

Mall hill (near Starbucks) burpee ladder.

• Run up and down – 5 burpees.
• Repeato down to 1 burpee

When business is done on the porcelain throne – roll TP v scrunch TP.  The rollers win.

• Run to hospital parking deck and run up with 25 squats on each level.

Creamy PB v Crunchy PB.  We had a tie.  Tie breaker was grape jelly v strawberry jelly with strawberry taking a close win.

• 2 loops around top of parking deck – running the long sections and bear crawling the short.

Mosey to Mary

MARY:

Watching football v watching basketball.  Football wins in a landslide.

3 minutes of planks – regular, on each side, and leg lifts

MOLESKIN:

*  Q was almost late due to getting behind some slow landscaper leaving his neighborhood with a huge trailer that looked strangely similar to one at our workout.

*  Q got excited when Indy showed up with an applicable “Vote Here” sign, but it turned out to be a legit sign for voters at the AO.

*  Get out to vote for real if you have not already.  I can vouch for Psycho T, as I saw him entering voting spot as I was leaving.
