PART 1

BENT JACOBS LADDER: Descending Ladder of Merkins and an ascending ladder of Broad Jump Burpees seperated by a staircase ascent and a long loop back down to the start

At Bottom of stairs do Merkins 20 , 18, 16, 14, 12, 10 , 8,  6, 4, 2     TOTAL 110

At Top of stairs do BJB 1 , 2, 3, 4, etc onto 10       TOTAL 55 Broad Jump Burpees

So start with 20 MERKS run up stairs and do 1 BJB run down to start and do 18 and 2 etc. until at 0 MERKs and 10 BJB.

PART 2

THE NFL COMBINE

3 Cone Drill; 3 cones in an L shape 5 yards apart..This is about explosion and AYG.  Start in 3 point stance run out to 5 yard cone and touch ground, run back to start touch ground, run back to 5 yard cone hang a sharp right to next cone at 5 yards, LOOP around it and come back AYG.

Mosey to

SHUTTLE DRILL or 5 10 5

3 Cones in a line 5 yards apart, start in 3 point stance and explode to your left cone 5 yards, touch ground, explode back across ten yards and touch ground at far right cone, explode back out of the box.

DO 3 BROAD JUMPS BACK TO START OF 3 CONE DRILL

RINSE AND REPEAT x 2

MOSEY back to MARY

MOLESKIN: I think this beatdown does not need a lot of further words.  PART 1 was awful.  Pure and tee awful. TOTAL MILES 2.54 this AM on top of 110 MERKs and 55 BJB.  NFL combine was a breather compared to part 1.  Got nothing left. Welcome to Aaron Edwards FNG this AM.  It gets better but this was #ahardstartforsure.  Hang tough guys.
