Partner gravel bag pass – one does situps, two does milpress, bag is passed in the process – 20X each

Run with bag to Sears Entrance
Partner one does 50 merkins, Two does curls til1 one is done. Switch

Run with bag to covered loading dock next to Staples
Partner one lunges with gravel bag 25 feet and back, two – a lateral pullover with bag dangling over dock edge till one is done. switch

Run with Bag back to Cinema Drive through
Partner one does carries bag via crabwalk 25 feet, Two does lateral rows with bag till one is done. switch.

Run with bag back to loading doc and head to Mary

5 tomb raiders came out of the gloom to face the mummy’s curses and make off with the loot:
Buckets of rain – By the grace of God, a window of letup accompanied us through most of the adventure
Flood waters of the mighty Three-Mile branch surged to drag us as we ran by, but steady footing (and no cars to run us off the road) prevailed.
Mud slides behind the Cinema – one false step and the bag would drag you to the watery depths of the creek.
Looks like there are free theater seats for the taking, put out in back of the cinema (obvious effort to trip us up)
Gravel bags taunting taunting taunting!
So dark – The guide was almost led astray with confusion (Belk, yes, Belk, no, Sears, … Sears, I mean Belk, the way we came, no, the short route.)
Not a pax was lost though as all dug in and overcame. The reward – a 10 minute Mary (no thanks) in the safe lit confines of the church courtyard.

BTW, arrived early to do more work on sand bags at storage shed. Car got stuck. Managed to get it out but not without some subtle ruts. Will come back with a hoe to straighten that out.

Thanks for a great time – its good to be alive. Will wish for such conditions in Early August, so relish!
