The men of @F3Savannah did a little research on #YHC before giving him the OK to lead one of the newest Regions of the @F3Nation family. I believe the top security clearance was given by @MiniMe, at least that was the word on the street. After a little meet and greet in the Car Lot, 0700 was upon us and we were off into the gloom.

Twinkle circled the men up around the lighted (yeah that’s right, they provide landscape lighting) Shovel Flag for COP for a couple warm-up exercises provided by his laminated #weinke.

YHC took the ropes from here and finished out the Beatdown. Since it has been ~20 years since I have visited Daffin Park I thought a tour was in order but of course I heard some #MumbleChatter about the park not changing over the course of 2 decades.

THE THANG

Mosey on over to the Traffic Circle and partner up
3 sets of the following:
Partner Derkins – 15 and then switch
Squats – 15

Mosey on over to the field near the play ground
– Partner up and wheelbarrow ~30 yards
– Run to starting line
– Partner Carry ~30 yards
– Backwards to starting line
– Karaoke ~30 yards
– Karaoke ~30 yards

Mosey over to the Picnic Tables near the pond
3 Sets of the following:
– 20 Step Ups
– 10 Diamond Merkins
– 20 LBC

Mosey over to the track around the Pond
3 Sets of the following:
– Lung to the cat walk
– Backward Run to the puddle

Mosey to #OakRoad and form 1 column
Indian Run to Bleachers with last man performs 5 merkins before running to the front

Take a seat and listen to instructions
3 sets of the following:
– 20 But Teasers (new name for box squats)
– 15 Dips
– 15 Incline Merkins
– Run to soccer goal and back

Indian Run to Traffic Circle with no specials

Circle Up for Ring of Fire with various exercises in between Bearcrawl and Lunges

Mosey over to the #ShovelFlag for #MARY

– Thanks for allowing me to lead men. Strong showing and performance by all, even the 2.0’s. Sorry for the delay in getting this BB out, to many activities planned while visiting the Parents.
– There is a lot of options at this AO to choose from as I only hit on just a couple. You men have a solid core to work from you just need to start giving away the gift of F3. Don’t take ‘NO’ from the men you are trying to #EH, keep at it and get all the #sadclowns out into the gloom.
– Hopefully see you men in the future as we make a couple trips a year down to the Coastal Empire, aka Dirty South.
– Appreciate the 2nd F at #COFFETERIA, nice little spot for an omelet and side of eggs.
