Naked Moleskin:
Horse brought the warmth from his caring soul or from his disappointment at not having a Tee Off Time. What ever the cause, he was fixated on Merkins along with a strong desire to keep us warm. YHC lost count of the Merkin Reps but it was a bunch. From the Merkin, Exercise, Merkin pattern at the beginning to the Merkin Ladder at EndEx, we did Merkins. To keep everyone interested, Horse threw in a fair share of Derkins and Planks, also. No one complained. probably a little more directed mumble chatter than usual. It was certainly good for our upper bodies and cores.
This was a great workout for the last scheduled Silver Bullet Express work out of 2015. Thank you Horse.
REMEMBER THE FIFTH ANNIVERSARY CONVERGENCE AT 7:00 AM, JANUARY 1, 2016. IT WILL BE HUGE.
This is also the last routine Back Blast YHC will publish. DA and Money along with consultant, Horse, take over as Site Q Team as of January 1, 2016. The next regularly scheduled Silver Bullet Express event will be January 9, 2016 when DREDD joins us for the Change of Q event, followed by the first work out led by our new Q Team.
YHC is grateful for the strong encouragement and support (albeit highly skeptical initially) from DREDD, OBT, Hyannis, TML and the entire F3 Community. SBE Pax are true leaders and great examples for all of us. They are the reason it has been successful. It is time now for some well seasoned new blood to lead SBE to the next level. YHC will always be humbled by the Pax and the opportunity to join them in Silver Bullet Express. THANK YOU!
