4 running bears met up at Veteran’s Park this AM for a quick out and back (with extra credit for Horsehead) to ABC. 4 miles in the gloom… that is all.
Moleskine:
1. We are starting a poncho extra-key fund to help buy him a hide-a-key.
2. Always hit the head well before running. YHC was reminded of that the hard way today.
