Mosey to the Family Life Center and partner up.

With one partner at the wall, and the other running down the hill, performing a forward motion exercise to the middle of the parking lot then sprinting back, the Pax put a little burn in their legs.

At Wall / Across the Parking Lot

  • Peoples’ Chair / Lunges to mid-lot, sprint back
  • Apollo Ono / Standing Long Jumps to mid-lot, sprint back
  • One Legged Peoples’ Chair / Lunges to mid-lot, sprint back
  • One Legged Peoples’ Chair / Bear Crawl to mid-lot, sprint back

1st Mary

Mosey to the grass next to the bus lot.
