Another strong (19!) Skywalker showing for a low humidity, low 60’s beatdown.

The Thang:

Mosey down to basketball court, for following Warmorama:

• SSH x 20
• Merkins x 20
• Windmill x 15
• Burpees x 10
• IST x 20
• Mountain Climbers x 20

Proceed with partner carries and wheelbarrorws the length of basketball court (x3)

Proceed to picnic shelter, where did 4 sets of the following:

• one partner does step-ups on picnic table seats, while other partner runs to road and does 10 burpees

Proceed to soccer field, where did 2 sets of the following:

• run to far post of first soccer goal, run back and do 10 merkins
• run to close post of second soccer goal, run back and do 20 merkins
• run to fence, do 30 air squats, run back and do 30 merkins

Run back up hill to parking lot, where finished with several sets of Mary, including pretzel crunches and mason twists (in interest of full disclosure Q running on fumes this morning so missed first part of Mary)
