9 men gathered in the wee hours (slightly less wee for the Q) to turn make our bodies lean, our hearts steel, and our arms hamburger.
Warmup:
Quick jog led by Chum. I was just checking to see if you all would get cranking, thats all. Good job passing the test.
Q shows up to wild applause and excitement.
Mosey to field
Windmills x 10
Side straddle hop x 20
Burpees x 10
Crab cakes x 5 (probably won’t cadence these anymore)
The Thang:
Partner up
Both partners throw 100 jabs
on playground, partner 1 do decline mericans while partner 2 does 10 rows and 5 pullups. flip flop, then repeat for 2 total reps.
100 x dips. well, actually 50 dips, writhe in pain, then 50 more.

indian bear crawl 100 yards. (stopped early for the crapwagon. the literal crapwagon, not a new exercise. it almost ran us over and did knock us over with stank)

1. Great job killing the arms today, men. Now come run a 5k with us at Veteran’s park tomorrow morning!
2. Unfortunately EE won’t be joining us during the week now that school’s back in, but at least it makes the rest of us feel faster.
3. Might have to revisit the indian bear crawl… minus the crapwagon
4. Per Chum’s comment, I looked up “Bob Ross” on youtube after the workout.. was that ever a great way to start a day. lol.

I stand by my comment that #soccerarms are perfectly acceptable at the BRR but nevertheless, that was a good Q
