The Thang

Partner up and mosey to the rock pile to pick out a coupon – 1 per partner group

Catch me if you can around the track and back to warm up location – 5 merkins whenever you are caught.

Partner workouts up to the called number.  One person works, other runs to top of the hill and touches gym.  Partners switch on return and keep the count going.  Plank in between workouts while waiting for others to finish.

  • 200 curls – with coupon
  • 75 burpees

1. The few, the proud, the brave showed up this morning.  Need to continue to work on numbers.  My goal is to find one more to join us in June and another in July.  Starting small, hoping to see success.

2. Modified the burped total from 100 to 75 at the last second.  Wishing I had kept it at 100 as I sit on the couch but in the moment 100 just seemed too high.

3. The only casualty from the morning was the Q’s, Ichabod, phone post workout.  Forgot I left it on my the car before Mary and took off with it on the hood.  Returned to the scene of the crime after I got home and found it in the bike lane on Hickory Grove.  Smashed.  Guess that’s my lesson for not wearing a watch.
