– Pax paired up for partner-assisted pull up as needed


– SIngle leg Warrior Pose – 30 seconds each leg


Great effort by all.  First mile at 8 minutes, last mile 9-10:30.  Team Cupid & Exit did the Full Murph in under 51 minutes!  Nice work guys!  Team Catfish & Ma Bell lost count.  Team Q, BCR and El Abagado did 13 (3 man team is slower on the pull ups.  Somebody “I have always been scared of the Murph”  Well not now…done.  An honor and a pleasure.
