Seven PAX entered the gloom on a surprisingly mild and rain-free Saturday…

WARM-UP:

THE THANG:

MARY:

MOLESKIN:

Very lively group today.  In case you haven’t noticed yet, Catfish is a prolific talker.  Prolific may not be the best descriptor, more like non-stop, ceaseless, incessant conversationalist, no matter how intense the workout may get.  I kept wondering how anyone could talk so much while doing intermittent hill sprints, but apparently this is his coping mechanism when trying to overcome the pain.  It seemed to have the desired effect for the entire PAX this morning.

Big welcome to our two FNGs, Marc Hurlbut (henceforth Ma Bell) and Curtis Grant (now known as the Bronx Bomber).

Also those of you who skipped coffee this morning missed a real treat as Liger regaled us with war stories from his SEC football playing days.  I bet none of you ever heard about the time an FSU fan tried to take a leak on the Auburn bus and Pat Dye pulled a Gordie Howe on him.

Finally keep in mind that Indiana will be leading the El Dorado workout on Monday morning (wheels up at 0515).  If you’re interested in giving this AO a tryout, this will be a great opportunity.  For those who choose to, let’s all plan to meet at ASEC at 0445 Monday morning and we’ll carpool/caravan down to the University area.

As always, thanks to those of you who made it out today.  It’s a pleasure to be your Q.
