Station 3:40 yard weighted lunges with overhead press of sandbag up main drive N

Station 4: 30 yard FROG HOPPERS; (Cujo stopped to question Q about the wisdom of this saying, ” Do you know how hard these are? That sure is a long way to hop” Q reminded Cujo that “They don’t think it be like it is, But it do.

Station 5: Run through forest dark and deep to pull up bars – 10 TOES TO BAR or KNEES TO ELBOW

RINSE AND REPEAT UNTIL TIME CALLED
