Run to Autobell and back to DPK Deck (1 mile)
Partner Up
Partners split (P1 goes up one stairwell and P2 goes up the opposite)
Partners meet at the top for Partner Chair (count to 50 seconds)
Go back down the stairwells the way you came
Partners meet at the bottom for Partner Chair (count to 50 seconds)
Partners run around DPK building (P1 goes left and P2 goes right)
Meet on the opposite side of DPK building for 20 Patty Cake Merkins
Run make around the building the way you came and complete 20 more Patty Cake Merkins
Rinse and Repeat until 6:05
Run to Autobell and back to DPK Deck (1 mile)

-Thanks for allowing me to Q this morning, always enjoy confusing the PAX at #MadScientist
-Either there were a few #refuseniks or poor instructions on YHC’s part. Either way I think every got it after the first round.
-Not a whole lot of #mumblechatter except for the words that came out of @KingFish’s mouth. A BS call before the workout started, something about running a mile before the actual workout.
