Come on out for some LSD 13-14 miles. Route is designed to allow for all paces, yet stay together. Plus, we will get very familiar with some choice thunder road challenges.

Can we get a shorter option for those just gearing up for the half?
yes–plan is to have everyone run to a certain spot, 1 or 2 miles out….faster guys will either do a loop or a hill repeat until the 6 arrives….once everyone has done a rep, we will move out to the next meet up….there will be several cut offs…
