Here’s the plan for Muthaship Monday (assuming we aren’t shut down by Muthaship security):
From the Capt. Jack lot, we will run the backway to the ‘Ship to avoid all the construction (#anklebreakers) on Trade and Caswell: so from 4th take a right on McDowell and then left up 6th Street to the backside of the Muthaship deck.
Run up the dizzyback. At the top, run to the middle of the deck and perform the following set of exercises:
- 20 diamonds
- 20 sumo squat jumps
- 20 flutters (double count, 1-1, 2-2, etc.)
- 20 Baryshnikovs® (10 each leg)
- 20 xfit/hand-release burpees
Run down stairs. Run back up the spiral and rinse and repeat…and repeat…and repeat…
until 6:08, then AYG back to the lot.
Let’s see how many “laps” we can go. The green flag drops at 5:15 from Capt. Jack’s lot.
