Thirteen PAX ventured out to the ASEC for a muggy Thursday morning.

WARM-UP:

Mosey around ASEC

  • Circle Up in parking lot
  • SSH x 25
  • Imperial Storm Troopers x 25
  • Cotton Pickers x 20
  • Arm circles
  • Alternating side lunge stretch
  • Proceed to Hipbone’s Suburban and receive your very own block o’ pain.

THE THANG:

A little Tabata for a Thursday Morning:

Perform each exercise for 2 minutes with a 1 minute recovery between each exercise:

  • Incline or Decline Merkins using your block
  • Goblet Squats w/block
  • Curls w/block
  • LBC’s sans block
  • Bent over Rows w/block
  • Alternating lunge with a twist w/block
  • Dips on block
  • Step ups on block
  • Plank sans block

Mosey to the Suburban, return your block

MARY:

  • LBCs x 25
  • Brazilians x 25 IC
  • Circle Supermans for 1 minute

MOLESKIN:

  • Great turn out today although the Pax were very chatty.  Apparently the Q did not induce sufficient loss of oxygen to minimize the morning banter.  Looks like we need to reprise Burpee Mania.
  • Two fun facts for the day: (1) Apparently the use of cinder blocks contributes to global warming.  (2) Cujo is fluent in Latin.  Who knew?
  • Good to have Risky Business join us while in Concord on business.  Hope we didn’t disappoint.
