MOLESKIN
8 years ago the great and honorable Total Package bestowed my F3 name upon me. I also attended coffee for the first time. During that time I’ve lost 30 pounds, run further and faster than I ever thought possible, run overnight relays that 1 percent of the population will ever do, and made some of the best friends a guy could have. I’ve become a better husband, father, leader, brother, and friend. F3 can change your life for the better, good habits and bad (mostly good). I’ve been sitting out the workouts to rest my knee for the past few days and it truly is tough to miss it. Glad to be able to get back after it.
If I can do it, anyone can. Except Marshall Ward, let’s not invite him.
