14 men braved the 2026 polar vortex of Mayhem! It went like this:

Warm-A-Rama:
Mosey to parking next to MUGGA. For
SSH, Leg Stretches, ISTs, Arm Circles and Planks

The Thang:

Descend upon first bridge of MUGGA for
10 Merkins, back up to top for 10 Air Squats
Repeat 3 times

After much bitching and moaning moved to Means Ave for a 10-1 Ladder
Dry Docks & WWII’s

Mary: Raise arms and number off

Prayers: Deb & Cat; Matt Trexler’s wife and their family as she enters the final stage of life

Moleskin:

Neverland sent out the call as a Q was needed. QIC responded so as not to be called out as a “weak-ass bitch”. Call me a lot of things, make memes at my expense, but lines have to be drawn somewhere. This was it. Q thought there may be a flock of WABs as whining and complaining commenced immediately as we entered MUGGA…”no one told us to bring our lights”, “its dark”, “the temperature is dropping”…..apparently lines were drawn at 19 degrees. God forbid we go below that as our Spidey senses may become a bit nipplie…did Q say nipple?…anyway, you know who wouldn’t bitch….Han Solo. He’s seen colder. You know who else? Buzzkill, F them gloves. Lines have to be drawn. You know who else? El Abogado, F Mary, modify as necessary, bitches. Lines have to be drawn. Finally, the Black Sheep Squadron of F3 Concord had a first, and hopefully last, Mary incident. F them kids and drivers ed. Ain’t nobody got time for that. Lines have to be drawn, coffee time.

The line being drawn for most of us is the crease in the sheets. Getting out of a warm bed, to run, workout with your boys, and some even a pre-run? Knowing there’s a group of men lifting each other up as well as perfect strangers in our community, THAT’S the line of demarcation between the men from WABs.
