wanted to get some elevation in to a run. From the  bottom of mugga flugga to the top of the new deck I think is the lowest point of downtown concord to the highest.

the return of Hops and FC brought stories of their escapades in Ireland. Sounded like a great trip, even with a little off weather. Glad they all made it back safely.

prayed for LMU’s clan, Sam and Jessica, as they fly to Cali for more allergy treatment/testing. We pray it goes well.

you guys are the best, no bullshit. Don’t let anyone tell you different.
