Begin mosey for the

THANG

Mosey down Palaside into Beverly Hills neighborhood and take fully intended left onto Beverly, then right onto Grandview.  Stop at some dead end road I’ve never heard of for 10 each of squats and lunges.

Continue mosey down Grandview and down to the Luthor memorial Tennis Court at Beverly Hills Park for some exercises, 10 reps each of Merks, Diamond Merks, Wide Merks, Reverse Crunches, WWIIs, walk back up stairs to Miramar, mosey past Casa de Java and left on Scenic back to Palaside.  Heading back?  HELL NAW.  Left on Martin to LeCline Circle for

CIRCLE OF LIFE – Run a lap around the circle, then 6 burpees and 6 Star jumps, then another lap, and reduce by 2, and then one more lap, reduce by 2.

Mosey down street back to Lake Concord, and mosey towards ASEC, stopping at the steam plant and run up the Stairway to Heaven, then back down.

MOLESKIN

3 and a half miles of glory this morning.  Lots of complaints, which was expected, but your boy was cruisin for a others’ to get a bruisin.  I really do enjoy getting to lead, and trying to do something different and exciting.  #norepeatQs.  Small coffee with B&G having their morning breakfast, but they already got some $ out of ol Spud, so they didn’t need me there.  Good to have Bozey join those of us who were there after a swim.  Don’t forget your S4E shirts like I continue to do.

41 is a pretty useless birthday, as are pretty much all of them between 40 and 50.  Maybe some will get access to the full menu when they turn 45, but for the most part, they are all HJ birthdays.  Except Marlboro, every day is his birthday from that respect.  In any event, 41 being the first birthday after you go over the proverbial hill, and things couldn’t be better.  We can all push it.  We can all smoke it.  We can all joke with each other and take jokes from each other.  We all make each other better.  I appreciate you guys having kept me sane since age 34.  Crazy to think I’ve put up with you guys for that long, and vice versa, although talk of bourbon and dicks would really lock anyone in.  Nobody else I’d rather spend my mornings with.
