beautiful morning for an exercise.

started with a mosey to belk parking lot for some stretches.

The thang:

started with some fartlicks between the light posts. Mosey back to rock pile for some thrusters; curls; presses; skull crushers.

mosey back to belk parking lot for some core exercises; fartlick between light posts again.

mosey back to rock pile to repeat exercises with weight.

mosey to rehab center for core exercises.

plank at Mary finishes with some stretches.

Throughout the workout, we filled out our Concord F3 final 4:

ended up being: Duke; Florida; Mich St.; Tenn.

DUKE was selected as the champ!

We picked up Spud at coffee with a plugged up nose.
