7 men showed up in perfect temps to continue the trend of 7 pax per beatdown this week.

WARM UP:

The mosey down COPPERFIELD to the very back of Gateway surgery center parking lot (learning Big Whistle’s knee is a bit jacked up about 90% percent into the journey) for

THAT THANG

A ladder across the long parking lot in the back.  There is no other parking lot in Concord as qualified for the ladder as this parking lot.  Some have said it’s the best parking lot they’ve ever seen.  Many commendations came to Spud for his selection of this parking lot.  A 10-2 ladder of WWIIs and Squats was completed in this parking lot, which again, was the best parking lot that many have seen.

We then left that fine parking lot to head back down COPPERFIELD dodging many vehicles and insults back to the STEVE MORRIS BEHAVIORAL CENTER where 5 burpees were levied as a reminder of the ludicrous and despicable financial decisions that the county makes.  Some would say the worst financial decisions of all time.

Good to have a solid crew out, including Big Whistle from Katy who joined us for coffee.  Always welcome back, we won’t always expose you to a four lane highway and 3 miles.

Big day for the Q tomorrow as I go under the knife to get my septum corrected.  Should be back and breathing like a champ in a week.  Others say more, but I have super healing powers and am very stubborn.  If you see blood dripping down my face in the weeks to come, deal with that shit.  I’ll get out and walk and try to get coffee a couple of mornings as well.  I hear recovery sucks.  First time going under in around 20 years since I had my wisdom teeth out, so there’s a little trepidation that comes with that.  I appreciate all of your prayers and hope I don’t die.  If I do, I hope you all beat the shit out of any sucker who tries to make the moves on my wife.  An attack on one is an attack on all.
