Mosey over to the Drag strip, so we could all enjoy the wind.

Run back, repeat, adding 3 reps each lap in recognition of the championship team and their magnificent greatness. Behold their glory. Everyone got 4 laps (up to 21 reps.)

Prayers this morning for the Staton family, and for a fellow PAX.

Champions week continues this week as I took the Q baton from Mayhem.
Nice numbers for a Thursday, a likely symptom of continued recovery earlier in the week. It’s team 3’s week to gloat. Winning our internal competition on L2L is nice bragging rights. Placing in the overall competition was a surprise cherry on top. How Hops also won a pair of shoes, beats the shit out of me.

We couldn’t have done any of it without this entire group. Always pushing, challenging and lifting each other up and plenty of shit-talking to go with it. I wouldn’t have it any other way. Thanks to each of you for showing up day-after-day, and keeping the accountability high. While the L2L stories are swapped, theres already plenty of chatter around the upcoming Smokey Mtn. Relay and 24 hr Time-Lapse. Step up and grab a slot! Truly an amazing time to be a part of F3 Concord.
