How can we take a horrible workout and make it worse? This is how.
Nice mileage (5+) and elevation (800-900ft) this morning. Great to have Cupid join as well. Lex achieved hero status this morning, opening the office for coffee even though he didn’t post. We were also joined by Boze, Crabby. Lots of buzz about next week’s relay. The anticipation might be the best part. Excited to have such a strong crew, especially after the recent Maylak debacles. Stay healthy this week. Hydrate and eat carbs!
