THE THANG:
– Some of the Pax brought all their GoRuck equipment out. As a team we carried it from pole to pole throughout the parking lot. Between poles we interspersed some rucking.
– Finished up with some slick rucking.

MOLESKIN
– YHC built this workout specifically for a certain someone who bought a GoRuck Tombstone. That certain someone decided to sleep-in today and we are left wondering if such equipment actually exists, or is it just the stuff of Legends. Maybe someday, the next time the planets align, we will get to see the Tombstone… Until then we can always talk about what could have been.
– It was a little warmer this morning and was a nice reprieve from the sub 20 degree days of last week. Even though, Handy Manny still chose to skip the warmup. Lots of fun taking turns on one end of the 120lb sandbag and carrying the other sandbags and one kettlebell. Also getting heatstroke some miles for his pathfinder quest.
