The THANG:

morning school bus. we traveled around downtown to various stops. At each stop we picked up a new exercise. We repeated each exercise at each stop after we picked it up. The order of exercises we picked up:

What an awesome morning. seriously – Great morning. Amazing what F3 can do. Small groups can have their benefits, but it’s also nice to roll around town with a mob. The new school year impacted Coffee. A few couldn’t make it and others had to leave early. Still solid though.
