8 men showed up 45 years after I was born. What a coincidence!

we moseyed around the mall, the movie theater, the parking deck, and back to ASEC. Stopping periodically for exercises. We started with a simple plank, but added an additional exercise at each stop. The list of exercises:

I’m 45, halfway to ninety. I’m in better shape physically and mentally than I was at 35. Thanks to this group of men. I appreciate all of you – even you fire chicken.
