It was a great run at a nice 62 degrees. Much warmer today than it usually is so it made the run even better. I was able to bring everybody in and say the prayer. It was my first time leading a workout and lots of people were there to support me!
Really proud of myself being able to be the Q this workout. I know it was just a run, but I am not somebody who enjoys talking in front of people with everybody’s attention on me. At the beginning Constitution told me to go around and shake everybody’s hand or give them fist bumps, and I at first told him no because I didn’t want to mess up. But then exit54 told me, “Nobody will know or even notice that you messed up so just go out there and shake their hands.” Was a small thing but it made me more confident in myself and that no matter what, these people are here to support me. F3 has benefited me in so many ways. All of these men have always made me feel welcome and supported. I have become a better person to myself and the people around me. I have become more confident in the things I do and trusting others. They have taught me how to be able to become better at seeing right from wrong. I hope that I will be able to teach others the things I have learned from these great men.

Uncle Floyd went to the workout and brought a FND (friendly new dog) because he wanted to be there to support me. Many others did the same.
-
Haven’t run this route before, and it was difficult so I will definitely use it again in the future. The Angry Bird route will live on!

Pray for JD, had some issues with his gut. Prayers for those who are going through these trying times. Pray for those who don’t know that God is there waiting for them to ask for help.
It was a great workout with a solid group of men. We pushed ourselves, encouraged each other, and left no man behind. Aye!
