THE THANG:
1 dice,
1 sixteen lb frozen turkey in a bucket
Each floor assigned a focus: arms, legs, core.
Role the dice & add it to the current floor number. If greater than 6, then wrap back around to 1 & count up.
Designated runner runs up ramp with turkey to designated floor. If floor is below, then runner goes up to floor 6, takes stairway to 1 and continues to floor.
The rest take the stairway to the floor and do an exercise until the runner arrives. Each pax takes a turn running.
