20 dudes. Did not expect a large number this morning after Halloween and one of the first proper cold mornings of the year. Great morning though.

I wanted to get us running to get blood flow and get warm. A classic run with pain stations. Stations included:

ever try to explain to an outsider what makes F3 awesome and how much you get out of it? Ever find they don’t totally buy it, or don’t understand the full magnitude of it? I do. They may not say it, but I can see it in their face. They don’t get it. Honestly, I understand. It’s not easy to communicate verbally. Gotta come out and experience it yourself.
