10 Men slip into the Gloom looking to challenge themselves to a beat down and in return get sunrise views that
only fall and the best locations of downtown Concord can provide.
Warm-up: Mosey over to the Boys and Girls Club for SSH’s IC x 20, Mtn Climbers IC x 15, Loose change IC x 10 and
some arm circles forward and back.

Beatdown: Mosey over to the old parking deck for 20 dry docks and 20 squats at the bottom. Run to the top and
do 20 merkins and 20 WW2s. Run down the deck and over to the Greenway where we did the same 20 dry docks
and 20 squats at the top and 20 merkins and 20 WW2s at the bottom by the bridge. Run from there over to the
new Deck and repeat top and bottom exercises. Back to the old deck, and one more time at the new deck to
complete the beat down. Mosey back to Mary with only 3 minutes to spare.

Mary: Superman, Iron Man, Downward dog, and some belly aching from Tomby which only indicates you have
done a good job as Q!

Prayers/announcements: Prayers for this World. Enough said there.

Moleskin: With Fall in full swing, this only helped set the stage for great views of this morning's sunrise atop of the
decks during this morning's beat down. All pax got in 100 squats, 100 dry docks, 100 merkins, and 100 WW2s with
just under five miles covered. Every one of you gentlemen absolutely killed it, considering some are still recovering
from sickness and injuries. Total Package even gets a notable mention as he was there for every rep! Respect Sir.
Seeing some of you still show up for beats downs shortly after injury and push through pain help remind me of
something I heard many years ago. Pain should not be feared or viewed as discouragement. It should be
celebrated as a bye product of the ability to do things that other can not or are not willing to do. You guys pushing
through not only inspires me to push through, but everyone else as well, which is part of the Magic of F3.
