Warmarama- mosey to Carolina courts for SSHs, ISTs, Wind mills, mountain climbers. Earl greys
The thang- Mosey to the bottom of Louise Dr. (1 of Skinner’s Hills). Pax were to do 15 mike Tyson’s at the bottom of the hill next to useless stoplight and then 9 burpees at the top of the hill then repeato keeping reps at the bottom with Mike Tyons at 15 but decrease by one burpee at the top each lap. Pax immediately began the verbal abuse of the q which didn’t let up until until 6:05 when Mary was called. The only thing louder was Karen who came out to yell at Pax about yelling. Pax left prior to the arrival of po-po which were all sitting at Union waiting for Luther. Outside of this during the Thang Deer Tick killed it running more than ever seen, Mayweather looked up synonyms for “f-you”, Little Willy had words with Karen, Nickleback was introduced to skinners hills and mike tysons simultaneously, Popeye began training for the final leg of P200, Marlboro surprised with speed again and Love Boat thought he had left BRR behind.

Moleskin- Can’t believe it’s been 4 years since my first Beatdown on Sept 28 2019. I moved to NC in July of that year to be with my wife’s family as my mother in law had (and still has) stage 4 ovarian cancer and at that time it didn’t look good. After the move I started going to running groups at Noda, met the Farm who told me about Prosperity Village running where I met Chicken strip who told me about the Kannapolis AO. And there it is Anyway, having grown up overseas, feeling grounded anywhere is hard. No place feels like home. You move so often, friends come and go, places get hit by tsunamis, it’s hard to dig in and set up roots. But having the F3 community has made this place feel more like home than anywhere I’ve experienced since leaving SE Asian. Thanks to you all for being the group of guys you are.
