13 Men head into the Gloom to find a better version of themselves.

Warm-up: mosey around the parking lot waiting for tomby and LMU to put their car in park, then over to Carolina Mall/Belks parking lot. SSH×20 ic, loose change×10 ic, mountain climbers×10 ic, arm circles forwards and back. Then a nice Indian burpee run around the mall where each pax did 2 burpees total.

Tha Thang: three stations. Station one 5 Merkins, station two 5 core killers, station three 5 burpees. Run back to station one and repeat adding one rep to each station every round. All pax managed to get up to 10 reps for all stations! Way to go gentlemen. Mosey back to Mary.

Mary: 4merkins, 4core killers, 4burpees, star gazers, low flutter×20 ic, runners stretch right and left.

COT: Prayed for Love Boats family for guidence/wisdom. Prayed for Buzz Kills wife’s cousin for healing/speedy recovery. Prayed for Beaker and his wife Lord be with them, and also prayed for all men and their mental health/well-being. Also challenged each man to reach out and lift up a fellow man today! Lord we all need it from time to time.

Moleskin: Thank you all that showed up in support of my first Q and all those who were there in spirit. I could almost feel that warm bed Luthor. Truth of The matter is I wanted to Q last week for my two month anniversary, but life happens and that wasnt an option. So fast forward to today and I feel like I was able to give back to all that have given a kind word,motivation,or just ridiculous joke to take my mind off the pain. You all are absolute beasts in your own ride and have given me inspiration to try harder and do better. Honestly I though there would be more hazing than what I actually received.
