Grateful for the mild mornings of late and the stunning sunrises in Abbington. Noteworthy items: Constitution pretended to not hear Wexler when they passed each other several times. Clueless lived up to his name when several attempts to get his attention went completely unnoticed. Hootie was dishing out tips on how to not get injured or deal with injuries. Paddle is cranking the effort up to 11 with 25+ miles a week. Exit 54 was absolutely beasting it out there with his 3+ laps through Pitchfork.
