YHC took the lead today to get an official Q on the books instead of my default Q last week for the Murph.  Glad I had an audience to help me pull it off.  I will assume the low attendance was a result of everyone thinking YHC was going to lead a run-heavy workout, but that was not the case!  The partner workout I had planned went much easier with 3 of us dividing up the exercises.  @Wexler joined and broke up our bro-triangle, but we still made him feel included.  Good to see the usual pre-runners out getting after it.  Lots of talk today about everything space related….apparently I missed my opportunity to see the green comet and @constitution  informed me that it won’t happen again in my lifetime…or my kids…or their kids.  Thanks for allowing me the chance to lead and hope everyone left mentally and physically stronger!  My challenge to the group was to reach out to two brothers you have not seen or heard from in a while and help give them the push they might need to get back out in the gloom.  I have been on the receiving end of an accountability check and sometimes that is all you need to remind and motivate you!
