It was a simple workout that was a bruiser. Someone said they logged 5.7 miles. I had even more in mind but the ladder took longer than expected. On the bright side, we got a front row seat to a beautiful sunrise. There was a chill in the air that gave an edge to the workout. The cold really clarifies the mind. There was plenty of chatter and Spud’s karaoke was the hot topic of conversation. Prayers were given for the Peele family, PR’s stepmother, the Harding family, and for Charlotte Staton and what Tombstone has done to her. 

Thank you for the opportunity to lead. Freezing cold mornings and early morning dick jokes are chicken soup for the soul.
