Our traditional 12 Days of Christmas workout at Coltrane Webb playground with added XM’s Country Christmas music and a small strand of green Tree Lights. 

Day 1 – Run Lap

Day 2 – Lunge Walk

Day 3 – Star Jumps

Day 4 – Broad Jumps

Day 5 – Pull-ups

Day 6 – WW IIs

Day 7 – Knee Raises

Day 8 – Burpees

Day 9 – Peter Parker’s

Day 10 – Squats

Day 11 – Corekillers

Day 12 – Mountain Climbers

 

Moleskin: Prayers lifted for the Peele family, Maverick and Office Barker. Praise for Buzzkill’s cousin w/ twin pregnancy. 

I appreciate the large group this am and regular chatter and laughs during a workout where we stay in close proximity. Always one of my favorites but I think the biggest reason is the time of year and how good it is to be with friends and family during this time. Grateful for our many blessings and this groups consistent willingness to help others. Love ya boys!
