• Mosey down Cabarrus Avenue W (????) to abandoned Star America parking lot for

• Hillbilly x 12
• Loose chg x 10
• Arm Circles and get the F out of there!
• Then mosey down Kerr street to the “trailhead” of the village greenway for

A THANG

Two ends of the quarter mile long greenway with 50 reps at each end

Kerr street end of the greenway do 25 squats and 25 dying cockroaches (made IC after Homie’s inquisition), mosey the quarter mile to the Academy end of the greenway for 25 dry docks and 25 WWIIs.  In the middle of the greenway, pax crosses Crowell Street, add one burpee every time you cross the street.  Repeato until Q calls time (around 0705), then mosey up Cedar for a mini ladder at the Glenn Center of 5/15, 10/10, 15/5 with Boxcutters and merkins.

Mosey back to the AO by way of Yorktown and grab a blocK for 20 each of curls, overhead press, skull crusher, bent over rows.  Then all pax put their blocks down on the parking lot, 10 in total, for an up and back of one armed burpee broad jumps.

Great morning, all pax got between 3 and 4 miles which was a strong effort.  Decent chunk of reps too.  Kinda made up the back half on the fly, but don’t think the pax noticed.  Gooney’s flatulence was appalling, and Cat’s gagging told the story.

We don’t use the old village greenway much, but it’s cool to use on occasion because we run by old Webb field.  Everyone always likes to talk about “the good old days” and how they were always better.  We have it pretty damn good right now.  We all have challenges, but life could be a hell of a lot worse.  Jobs, kids, family, people you love, and a group of guys to talk about shit nobody else would find funny, such as price gouging on a door.  If you’re willing to spend $200 on a hilarious experience, hire Cat’s 2.0’s company, just don’t bring your signing pen.
