The 3 consecutive Burpee/Blockee spin was nice.

It is probably a decent question as to why Journey was included in the Metallica algorithm.

This whole concept was originally based on EMOM rep scheme, you know, for my Mom.  Very clever I know.  It probably worked out that way a bit, but mostly not.
