Ladders and Chutes

Six pax posted for a 5:30 am pain-tathelon at the Dawghouse on Wednesday, August 17: Buck, Liquid Courage, Loveboat, Talledega, Uecker, and MASH.
Warm-o—rama
12 Side-straddle hops, 12 Penny pickers, Arm circles, and Mosey to retrieve 1 Cinderblock ea. for the Thang.
Thang
Starting at lower side (thus, starting uphill), six exercise stations were established, evenly spaced, across the 10-row parking lot:
A) 5 Curls (with block),
B) 3 Burpees,
C) 5×4-count American Hammers,
D) 10 Hand-release Merkins,
E) 10 Squats, and
F) 10 Atomic Crunches
Exercises were done in varying sequences as a ladder (A, B, C, etc) and sometime chuting back down to the A; always running from station to station.
Round 1: Climb the Ladder –
A, B, C, D, E, F; chute to starting point.
Round 2: Repeato.
Round 3: Chute up and back to each rung –
A, B; chute to start (Curls, Burpees)
A, C; chute to start (Curls, Hammers)
A, D; chute to start (Curls, HRMerks)
A, E; chute to start (Curls, Squats)
A, F; chute to start. (Curls, Atomic Crunches)
Round 4: Add one rung each climb, then chute back to start –
A, B; chute to start (Curls, Burpees)
A, B, C; chute to start (Curls, Burpees, Hammers)
A, B, C, D; chute to start (Curls, Burpees, Hammers, Merks)
A, B, C, D, E; chute to start (Curls, Burpees, Hammers, Merks, Squats)
A, B, C, D, E, F; chute to start (Curls, Burpees, Hammers, Merks, Squats, Crunches)
Round 5: Climb up and down each rung, adding a rung each time –
A, B; (Curls, Burpees)

Moleskin: It looks more confusing to try to describe the sequence of exercises than actually doing them. Point was to have 6 exercises using different muscle groups, and do them with some increase in difficulty and repetition. Climbing the ladder and (sometimes) chuting back to the start keeps things a little interesting.
